Director of Strategic Partnerships + Ops
Austen helped define company strategy during a transition period to a platform-oriented business model in order to drive increased ROI and lower operational costs. He led multiple teams through this transition to improve end-to-end, top-to-bottom funnel conversion and MRR/ARR.
Director of Business Development
Austen served as the first business development hire for one of the first mobile marketing SaaS companies in the world. He helped expand the partnerships team to 10+ worldwide through Series B funding + Apsalar acquisition whilst also defining team goals / objectives.
Senior Partnerships Manager
Austen led all of Chartboost’s B2B Partnership efforts and acted as a business liaison on the Product team. During this time, he led significant initiatives like Chartboost’s eCPM campaign pricing, Game Developer Advisory Board, and Creative Program.
